Lukasz Piszczek's goal to make it 2-1 was the 12th time this season that Borussia Dortmund have scored in the last 15 minutes. No other team can claim to possess so much stamina. In addition, no other Bundesliga team has had so many different goalscorers: Piszczek is the 15th member of the squad to score a goal for BVB in the league this season.

And these aren't the only examples of the team registering league leading stats: Paco Alcácer's eighth goal off the bench pushed the total number of goals scored by substitutes up to 12. ''It really helps the team when we have such good players coming off the bench, it gives us all that extra push. It's such an important attribute,'' said match-winner Lukasz Piszczek, who also took the time to recount his goal: ''I took a shot with my left foot, but it was blocked and the ball came back to me. I wanted to aim for the far corner, but then I saw that the keeper was standing there so I changed my mind and went for the near post. Then I go and pull off something like that.'' The veteran had a laugh and then added: ''I'm happy that I was able to help the team pick up the three points. It's even better being able to celebrate in front of our fans.'' (jl)
